Half a Million Dollar Bond Set for Man Facing Child Pornography Charge

On Monday August 18^th 2014 a Broward County Judge set a $510,000 bond for 44 year old Michael J. Bedinotti, a man accused by local authorities for having child pornography on his laptop. Reports claim the laptop holds 50 images of young girls engaging in sex acts.

The Deerfield Beach man, is charged with 50 counts of possessing child pornography and one count of illegal use of a computer involving child pornography. According to Broward Sheriff’s Detective Nicole Freeley, the man claims to have never touched a child in a sexual manner and only viewed the child porn out of curiosity.
